Upper body Strength Training Classes
This strength-building and muscle-toning class features a series of familiar exercises and training methods in a pulse-pounding, chest-thumping format. You’ll lift, push and pull your way to strong, tone muscles from the hips up in this guided weight-training workout that moves from set to set, and incorporates a round of core work and metabolic conditioning. Moves can be modified to your fitness level. This class is your core, arms, chest and back day.
Gluteus Boot Camp Classes
This class focuses on movements that target and strengthen the muscles in and around your legs and glutes, with a little cardio included throughout to challenge your aerobic capacity. You’ll go through a range of strength movements, including a variety of squats, lunges and deadlifts. This class is for all levels, but these moves are meant to challenge you — and you’ll likely be sore later.
Dance Fitness Classes
This class balances power and grace, using dance-inspired moves and light weights to increase your strength, improve your stability and build long, lean and toned muscles. You’ll warm up with stretches to improve flexibility and practice rhythm and timing through music to develop a strong sense of beat. Engage in partner work to improve coordination and communication. Receive constructive feedback from instructor to refine your movements. Participate in group activities to build camaraderie and motivation. Perform classic dance moves, along with Pilates and traditional conditioning exercises to give you a full-body workout. No dance experience is necessary and moves and weights can be modified to your experience level.
